CCW Weekly was co-founded by ETIRI and IDG in 1980 and is subordinate to MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology). It is the only joint venture with foreign investment in media industry as well as the biggest media group in ICT industry.
Under the MIIT oversight, CCW carries the task of Chinese Internet of Things (IoT) (www.iotcn.org.cn) platform, introduces the international IoT technologies and services.
CCW High-Tech Park in Qingdao: TRON Demo Center
CCW has worked closely with TRON Forum. Both parties have set up the International IoT Technology Application Demo Center in CCW High-tech Park (Qingdao) jointly and it was officially opened on June 29, 2017. Prof. Ken Sakamura attended the opening ceremony and gave the speech. The demo center consists of TRON Forum IoT technology display and member enterprises display. It is strongly supported by MIIT, Qingdao Municipal Government and Management Committee of Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (QNHIDZ). It provides the platform for China IoT enterprises to know the TRON Forum IoT technology and establishes the foundation for IoT enterprises in China and Japan to communicate and cooperate. TRON Demo Center has been welcomed by government at all levels, industry associations and enterprises in China. A more advanced demo center is planned to build in CCW High-Tech Park on this basis. TRON Forum will establish the China service agency to provide support and services to the member enterprises seeking development in China.
CCW High-Tech Park (Qingdao), located in the QNHIDZ, primarily serves software and information companies, and particularly focus on the IoT-related enterprises. With the superior natural environment and convenient transportation, it takes about 15 minutes and 20 minutes driving to the airport and the newly built Qingdao railway station, respectively.

Hello, friends!
This is the eighth time that CCW has participated in the TRON Symposium. Our 10 years of cooperation with Professor Ken Sakamura has left us with many memorable stories, and we admire his personality and academic achievements. In the near future, we have already put on our agenda the completion of the innovative technology demo centre in Qingdao, China, and once it is completed, we will invite you to witness it together and present the success stories of TRONSHOW members to Chinese companies in one place through Qingdao.
We believe this is the last time we will be attending the symposium remotely and we wish the event every success and we look forward to being there next time to talk to you and celebrate this industry event together.
We also wish all of you who came to the conference a prosperous career and good health.
